No glue required Staple the vinyl 2" up the wall on three sides across the door use a metal transition strip.Around the bottom use 6-8 inch sanitary ceramic base leave 1/16 of an inch at bottom and sides,glue the base to the wall above the vinyl, and caulk with Perma seam seal or equivalent
